Contract Preparation and Signing October 05 - 06, 2026 10.Issuance of Notice to Proceed October 07 - 08, 2026 A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available to interested bidders upon payment of a non- refundable amount Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (Php. 25,000.00) to the cashier of the Municipal Treasurer's Office of Sablayan. Interested parties are required to attend the Pre-Bid Conference.Pre Bid Conference is required for the projects with an ABC of 1 million and above. For those projects below 1 million, pre bid conference is optional at the discretion of the BAC. ve All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in Instruction to Bidders. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address above. Late bids shall not be accepted. The Municipality of Sablayan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid and reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any defect in formality of the bid proposals received and to accept the offer it deems most advantageous to the government.
