Republic of the Philippines Province of Ilocos Sur Municipality of Magsingal INVITATION TO BID FOR IMPROVEMENT/REHABILITATION OF STREET LIGHTS OF BARANGAY NAMALPALAN, MAGSINGAL, I. SUR.
1. The Brgy. Namalpalan, Magsingal, I. Sur intend to apple the sum of Four Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Two Pesos Only (452,172.00) being approved Budget for the contract(ABC).
2. The Brgy. Namalpalan, Magsingal, I. Sur now invites bids for the improvement/rehabilitation of streetlights. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified the Implementing Rule & Regulations(IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act" Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorship, partnerships, or organization with at least seventy five percent(75%) interest outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System(Philgeps).
5. The Brgy. Namalpalan, Magsingal, I. Sur will hold a Pre-Bid on August 26, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at Brgy. Hall of Namalpalan, Magsingal, I. Sur, w/c shall be open to all interested parties.
6. Bid must delivered to the address on or before September 23, 2026 until 12:00 noon at Brgy. Hall. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
7. Bid opening shall have opened on September 3, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at Brgy. Namalpalan, Magsingal, I. Sur.
