INVITATION TO BID The MUNICIPALITY OF TABOGON through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply eligibility and if found eligible to bid for the hereunder contract: NAME OF CON TRACT : CONSTRUCTION OF COVERED COURT SITIO LAMAC ILIHAN LOCATION : Tabogon, Cebu BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Infrastructure Project as reflected in the Bid Form APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT : 2,000,000.00 CONTRACT DURATION : 120 calendar days Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. Prospective bidders must have the eligibility requirements as enumerated under Sec. 52 and 52.4.2 of RA 12009. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of the Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 12009 and its Implementing and Regulation (IRR). 7. Receipt and Opening of Bids September 21, 2026 at 1:30 PM The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at the Office of the Municipal Engineer, upon their submission of a LOI, and upon their payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (P5,000.00) Only to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer. Prospective bidders shall submit the Eligibility Requirements to the BAC at the said address. They may also obtain the results of the Eligibility Check by the BAC at the same address. The BAC will issue Bidding Documents only to bidders declared by the BAC to be eligible for the bidding upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (P5,000.00) Only to the Office of the Municipal Treasurer.
