INVITATION TO BID For Contract ID No.: 26GD0025 - Installation/Application of Road Safety Facilities (Roadway Lighting) along Roxas City-Cagay-Sibaguan-Balijuagan-Cudian-Ivisan Rd - K0109+883 - K0110+843 1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Capiz 1 st District Engineering Office, through the FY 2026 GAA intends to apply the sum of Php 11,032,840.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No . 26GD0025 - Installation/Application of Road Safety Facilities (Roadway Lighting) along Roxas City-Cagay-Sibaguan-Balijuagan-Cudian-Ivisan Rd - K0109+883 - K0110+843. Bids received in the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
