26BK0103 - Sustainable Infrastructure Projects Alleviating Gaps (SIPAG) - Access Roads and/or Bridges from the National Road/s leading to Major/ Strategic Public Buildings/ Facilities - Construction of Gomez Road, Barangay Gomez, Cabarroguis, Quirino - Sta. 4+720 - Sta. 5+040 The Department of Public Works and Highways – Quirino District Engineering Office, through the GAA FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 4,453,120.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for Sustainable Infrastructure Projects Alleviating Gaps (SIPAG) - Access Roads and/or Bridges from the National Road/s leading to Major/ Strategic Public Buildings/ Facilities - Construction of Gomez Road, Barangay Gomez, Cabarroguis, Quirino - Sta. 4+720 - Sta. 5+040 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The DPWH - Quirino District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for Constuction of Concrete Road . Completion of Works is required within 66 Calendar Days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
