The DPWH Zamboanga City 1 st District Engineering Office , through the GOP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Nine Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php59,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Basic Infrastructure Program (Bip) - Multi-Purpose Buildings/Facilities To Support Services - Construction Of Multi-Purpose Building (3-Storey), Barangay Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City (6.931904⁰, 122.074903⁰) . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The DPWH Zamboanga City 1 st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the Basic Infrastructure Program (Bip) - Multi-Purpose Buildings/Facilities To Support Services - Construction Of Multi-Purpose Building (3-Storey), Barangay Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City (6.931904⁰, 122.074903⁰) . Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy (270) calendar days . Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
