Sentro FMR with Project Identification Number: MIADP-IN-RO12-COT-AD-MAG-FRD-0013 The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received from the World Bank toward the cost of Improvement/Concreting of Barangay Imamaling: BRJ. So. Lumbayan – So. Sentro FMR , and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for Improvement/Concreting of Barangay Imamaling: BRJ. So. Lumbayan – So. Sentro FMR with Project Identification Number: MIADP-IN-RO12-COT-AD-MAG-FRD-0013. The LGU Magpet now invites bids for the Improvement/Concreting of Barangay Imamaling: BRJ. So. Lumbayan – So. Sentro FMR with Estimated Project Cost (EPC) in the amount of Fifty-Five Million Six Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Pesos (55,671,000.00) . Completion of the Works is required in 165 calendar days . Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 5 of the Instructions to Bidders, and Sub-sections 5.2 and 5.4 of the Bid Data Sheet. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act”, with some amendments, as stated in the Bidding Documents and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations. The contract shall be awarded to the Bidder that met the criteria indicated in the Bidding Documents.
