LUNSAD, BINANGONAN, RIZAL UNDER LIVESTOCK ECONOMIC ENTERPRISES DEVELOPMENT (LEED) PROGRAM CONTINUING FUND FY 2025 Lot 1: CONSTRUCTION OF CHICKEN HOUSING The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-A, through the Livestock Economic Enterprise Development (LEED) Program Continuing Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,500,000.00) under the contract for Establishment of Chicken Module Package 1 (Free Range) in Brgy. Lunsad, Binangonan, Rizal under Livestock Economic Enterprises Development (LEED) Program Continuing Fund FY 2025 Lot 1: Construction of Chicken Housing and Project Identification Number (ITB-2026-07-507). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IV-A , now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) calendar days with S-Curve upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “ pass/fail ” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
