The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Awards of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). The complete schedule of activities is listed, as follows: Activities Schedule 1. Issuance of Bid Documents July 28, 2026 -August 17, 2026 Until 9:00 AM 2. Pre-bid Conference August 05, 2026 @ 10:00 AM 3. Submission of Eligibility and Bids August 17, 2026 Until 9:00 AM 4. Opening of Bids August 17, 2026 @ 10:00 AM Pre-Bid Conference/ Opening of Bids’ date is automatically re- scheduled to the next working day whenever such date is declared a holiday. The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms upon payment to the Provincial Treasurer’s Office of the PGA of a non-refundable amount for the following approved budget for the contract.
