1. The total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Ten Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (Php 10,868,000.00). 2. Price Quotation should be inclusive of tax obligation. 3. Evaluation of bids will be conducted on "per item basis". 4. Delivery Period is within Four (4) Months upon receipt of P.O. 5. The supplier shall be an existing organization duly registered with appropriate regulatory body. 6. Please submit he documentary requirements listed in the Checklist of Bid requirements. 7. Failure of the supplier to deliver goods and render services under the contract within the specified delivery schedule shall be liable for damages for the delay pursuant to sec. 71.1.4 of the Rule XI of RA 12009. 8.This must be submitted sealed to the above address not later than August 10, 2026, 10:00 AM.
