Republic of the Philippines Province of Nueva Ecija Municipality of Cuyapo -o0o- OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT OF PATROL VEHICLE FOR PNP 1. The Municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, through the General Fund for the year 2026 , intends to apply the sum of ₱ 1,400,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the “ PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT OF PATROL VEHICLE FOR PNP ”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT OF PATROL VEHICLE FOR PNP . Completion of the works is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address below from Monday to Friday at 8:00-12:00 NN and 1:00-5:00 PM. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 31 – August 19, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of P 5,000.00 . 6. Municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 2:00 PM of August 6, 2026 at 2nd Floor, Conference Hall Cuyapo Town Hall, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the address below on or before 1:30 PM of August 19, 2026 . Late bids shall not be accepted. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms in the amount stated in ITB clause 16. 9. Bid opening shall be on August 19, 2026 , 2:00 PM at the 2nd Floor, Conference Hall, Cuyapo Town Hall, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. 10. Bidders with missing any one of the Eligibility Requirements will be automatically disqualified. 11. The Municipality of Cuyapo reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 of R.A.
