Detailed descriptions of Package 1. Construction of 4 th Cebu-Mactan Bridge (Sta.1+566.875 to Sta.3+340.000), 1.77 km and Lapu-Lapu Interchange Ramps (Ramp A – Ramp C), 1.06 km are shown in the Scope of Works in Part 2 of the Bidding Documents (“the Works”). This Project is Japanese STEP project through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) with Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure. Bidding will be conducted through procedures in accordance with the applicable Guidelines for Procurement under Japanese ODA Loans, and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the Bidding Document.
