The Municipality of Daram , through the DSWD Fund-2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos only (Php1,933,238.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Grocery Items and Meat Products as raw ingredients for the Supplementary Feeding Program for Children enrolled in all Day care Centers of Daram, Samar . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Th e Municipality of Daram now invites bids for the Purchase of 75 pouch Tomato Paste , 100 bot. Cooking Oil (3.5L), 262 bottle Soy Sauce(2L), 296 kilos Brown Sugar, 1141 cans Evap Milk (410ml.), 186 pack Powdered Milk (360ml.), 146 kilos Cocoa Powder, 117 kilos All-purpose Flour, 23 kilos Cornstarch/Flour Binder , 1,240 kilos Chicken breast, 1255 kilos Lean-Pork, 489 kilos Ground Pork, 610 kilos Chicken(whole) using the Process-Oriented Strategies and Cost and Value strategies. Delivery of the Goods is required Staggered delivery up to 180 days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed . Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of Daram and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00a.m. to 5p.m, Monday to Friday . A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on August 4, 2026 to August 27, 2026 from the address given below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos only (Php5,000.00). The Municipality of Daram will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on 1:30p.m., August 12, 2026 at 2nd Floor, BAC Conference Room, Municipal Building I, Poblacion 1, Daram, Samar, which shall be open to prospective Bidders. Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee ( BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below , on or before 1:30p.m., August 27, 2026 . Late bids shall not be accepted. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1.
