NOTICE OF ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF PROCUREMENT Notice is given that the DPWH Capiz 1 st District Engineering Office will conduct an Alternative Method of Procurement thru Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulation of RA 12009. Purchase Request No.: 2026-07-039 Contract Name: Procurement of NDT Equipment to be Used in the Planning and Design Section Contract Location: DPWH, Capiz 1st DEO, Km. 1, Roxas City, Capiz Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 743,000.00 Delivery Period: 20 working days upon receipt of the approved P.O The Deadline for submission of the accomplished application forms will be on August 12, 2026 and shall be opened at 10:00 A.M. on the same date.
