Republic of the Philippines Province of La Union Municipality of Sudipen BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE Invitation to Bid for REHABILITATION OF MULTI – PURPOSE BUILDING (CONTINUATION) LOCATED AT BARANGAY BIGBIGA, SUDIPEN, LA UNION The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union through the Budget Approved by the Respective Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION PESOS ONLY ( PhP 1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF MULTI – PURPOSE BUILDING (CONTINUATION) LOCATED AT BARANGAY BIGBIGA, SUDIPEN, LA UNION / PB 26-08-20 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Sudipen, La Union now invites bids for being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF MULTI – PURPOSE BUILDING (CONTINUATION) LOCATED AT BARANGAY BIGBIGA, SUDIPEN, LA UNION. Completion of the Works is required calendar days . Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “ pass/fail ” criterion as specified in IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
