Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SWEAT SHIRT WITH PRINT FOR REGISTERED TRICYCLE DRIVERS OF CABADBARAN CITY The City Government of Cabadbaran through the SUPP. BUDGET NO. 2 CY 2026 intends to apply the sum Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 2,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SWEAT SHIRT WITH PRINT FOR REGISTERED TRICYCLE DRIVERS OF CABADBARAN CITY . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Th e City Government of Cabadbaran now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SWEAT SHIRT WITH PRINT FOR REGISTERED TRICYCLE DRIVERS OF CABADBARAN CITY . Delivery of the Goods is required 15 C.D. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is open to all interested Bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from City Government of Cabadbaran and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on August 05, 2026 to August 13, 2026, from the address given below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos Only (P 5,000.00). The City Government of Cabadbaran will hold a Pre-Bid Conference N/A 2:00 P.M at City Mayor’s Conference Room, 2nd Floor, City Hall, Cabadbaran City which shall be open to prospective Bidders. Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee ( BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before August 13, 2026, 2:00 P.M . Late bids shall not be accepted. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 16.1. Bid opening shall be on August 13, 2026 2:00 P.M . at City Mayor’s Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, City Hall, Cabadbaran City . Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. The City Government of Cabadbaran reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 70 [1] of R.A.
