The DPWH – Upper Kalinga District Engineering Office , through the FY 2026 REGULAR INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM intends to apply the sum of PhP 4,802,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26PK0039 – CONVERGENCE and SPECIAL SUPPORT PROGRAM - Construction/Improvement of Access Roads leading to Trades, Industries and Economic Zones (Roads Leveraging Linkages for Industry and Trade Infrastructure Program - ROLL-IT) - Lubuagan-Batong Buhay Junction Awichon-Upper Uma Road, Sta. 3+586 - Sta. 3+692, Kalinga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Prospective Bidders should be (1) registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB LICENSE Category of C & D for Small B .
