Contract ID No. : 26KC0107 Contract Name : Rehabilitation/ Reconstruction/ Upgrading of Damaged Paved Roads along Sayre Highway - (S01381MN) Chainage 097.50 - Chainage 120 Location : Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon Scope of Work : Reconstruction of concrete pavement, 350mm thick PCCP, 6.7m width with pavement markings and Double Arm Solar LED Roadway Lighting, 12m Pole, 80W-125W, 1 – Unit Source of Funds : GAA 2026 Appropriation : Php 964,000.00 ABC : Php 944,720.00 Contract Duration : 28 Calendar Days Cost of Bid Documents : 1,000.00 The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this Contract in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 (NGPA) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). To be eligible to bid for this Contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements: Duly licensed Filipino citizens or sole proprietorship; (b) Partnerships duly organized under the laws of the Philippines and of which at least sixty percent (60%) of the interest belongs to citizens of the Philippines; (c) Corporations duly organized under the laws of the Philippines and of which at least sixty percent (60%) of the outstanding capital stock belongs to the citizens of the Philippines; (d) For persons or entities forming themselves into a Joint Venture (JV), Filipino ownership or interest of the joint venture concerned shall be at least sixty percent (60%); (e) The bidder must have completed an SLCC that is similar to the procurement project to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the PSA consumer price indices, must be at least 50% of the ABC to be bid; AND (f) The SLCC shall be supported by an Owner’s Certificate of Final Acceptance issued by the project owner than the contractor, or a final rating of at least satisfactory in the CPES The DPWH will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the eligibility check, preliminary examination of bids, evaluation of bids, post-qualification, and award.
