REQUEST FOR QUOTATION RFQ 2026-08-102 The Department of Education, Division of Batanes , through its Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) intends to procure and hereby invites suppliers who can submit their best offer for the “Procurement of Meals and Snacks for the Workshop on Integrating KWF Findings into Ivatan Orthography” for CY 2026 in accordance with Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the WHOLE LOT is PhP18,000.00 . Source of Fund: GAA-SPF For evaluation purposes, prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents in triplicate copies: Valid Mayor’s Permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located (for NEW suppliers/bidders); Duly accomplished Request for Quotation Form (RFQ); PhilGEPS registration number (for NEW suppliers/bidders).
