Project Title: Special setting display materials for showcase at the 20th Padday na Lima Regional Trade Fair in Festival Mall, Alabang on August 24-30, 2026 1. The Department of Trade and Industry Region 2 (DTI Region 2), through the General Appropriations Act for the FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 245,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the procurement project based on the attached bid document/request for quotation, terms of reference and plans/layouts (as applicable). 2. Bidders/suppliers must possess the necessary experience, technical capability, and financial capacity to undertake the project. 3. The procurement project will be conducted through the procedures of Small Value Procurement using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009. 4. This project is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 5. Prospective bidders/suppliers may download the bid/procurement documents & supporting docs and/or obtain further information from DTI Region 2 Procurement Section at the address given below during 07:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday-Thursday) or email at dtir2_BAC@dti.gov.ph. 6. The DTI Region 2 will conduct post-qualification procedures to prospective bidders/suppliers and evaluate bids using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). 7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through: (i) manual submission at the office address indicated below, or (ii) online or electronic submission on the deadline as indicated in the request for quotation. 8. Prospect bidders/suppliers must submit a complete and duly signed bid/procurements documents which include the accomplished RFQ, documentary & technical requirements, and TOR (if applicable). Late and incomplete documents shall not be accepted. 9. By submitting your bid/proposals, you agree and comply with the requirements of the procuring entity under the procurement project. 10. The DTI Region 2 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with the IRR of RA No. 12009, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
