PERIODIC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE AUTOMATIC FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM (AFSS) AND FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM (FDAS) 1 LOT 200,000.00 SCOPE OF WORKS FIRE DETECTION ALARM SYSTEM "• Checking of condition and cleaning of devices. Fire alarm control panel, smoke / heat / beam detectors, manual call point, sound / bell, battery and replace damage items if necessary • Simulate an alarm condition to ensure that all visual and audible indicators operate and the external alarm is activated • Initiate and isolate / disable condition at the Fire Indicator Panel and confirm that all visual and audible indicators operate • Test the operation of each Filament type visual indicators • Check the local control station for visibility, accessibility, door labelling and cleanliness • Test the operation of each inhibit or auto / manual switch • Test the operation of manual switch and confirm manual switch and confirm normal system discharge sequence • Check all manual call points random inspection and testing of warning devices used for alarm and ensure proper working conditions" AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM "• Conduct inspection, cleaning and testing of AFSS • Perform maintenance and actual system testing of the fire sprinkler system • Perform insulation test and fire and jockey pump power supply • Conduct fire and jockey pump “no load” and “load” test • Conduct maintenance check of valves and pressure • Conduct maintenance check and cleaning of FP & JP control • Conduct maintenance check and testing of fire hoses • Conduct fire pump simulation test with fire hoses • Checking of complete system for any indication " FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM "• Inspection of fire extinguishers, fire exit doors and evacuation plan • Cleaning, inspection and testing of emergency lights and exit signages • Submission of Fire Safety Maintenance Report signed and sealed by the Professional Mechanical Engineer after completion of the project • Repainting of the exposed pipe of the sprinkler system • Replaced damaged fire hose – 50ft with (double insulation) and supply 4 piston type mist nozzle 1.5” diameter" "Terms and Conditions: 1.
