Republic of the Philippines Province of Leyte Municipality of Kananga BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE REQUEST FOR QUOTATION The Municipality of Kananga , through its Bids and Awards Committee, will undertake a Small Value for Procurement of Vehicle Parts accessories and other vehicle components for the Repair and Maintenance of various Government owned vehicles. in accordance with Section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act of 2025. Name of Project Procurement of Vehicle Parts accessories and other vehicle components for the Repair and Maintenance of various Government owned vehicles Name of Procuring Entity Municipality of Kananga Leyte Office/End User GSO/VMO/BFP Approved Budget for the Contract Three Hundred Sixty-three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-six Pesos Only – Php 363,336.00 Delivery Date 7 days upon approval of Purchase Order Interested suppliers/service providers are required to submit their price quotation/proposal (Annex “A”) and the following eligibility requirements: Mayor’s/Business Permit Professional License/Curriculum Vitae (for Consulting Services) PhilGEPS Registration Number/Certificate PCAB License (Infra)C Income/Business Tax Return (for ABCs above 5500k) Omnibus Sworn Statement (for ABCs above P50k) Submission of quotation and eligibility documents is on or before August 17, 2026 at the BAC Office, Municipality of Kananga, Leyte.
