Water System Rehabilitation The Department of Public Works and Highways - Regional Office I , through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Php4,250,640.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement/Rehabilitation of Department of Budget and Management Regional Office Building, Government Center, Sevilla, San Fernando City, La Union. 1. Electrical System Rehabilitation; 2. Improvement in Land and Drainage System; 3. Water System Rehabilitation with Contract ID No. 25A00562 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Department of Public Works and Highways – Regional Office I now invites bids for 1. Electrical System Rehabilitation (Removal of Existing Ceiling; Removal and Replacement of Electrical Wires and Conduits; Removal and Replacement of Lighting Fixtures; Removal and Replacement of Panelboard breakers; Chipping and Plastering of Walls; Repainting of Affected Walls); 2. Improvement in Land and Drainage System (Extension of Concrete Canal, width = 0.8m; Formworks; Concrete Works ; Painting Works; Steel Works); 3. Water System Rehabilitation (Replacement of Water Tank, Removal and Replacement of Main Waterline Pipes, Repainting of Structural Frame (Water Tank), Replacement of Water Fixtures and Accessories) Completion of the Works is required 105 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.
