Republic of the Philippines Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE Capitol Compound, Butuan City Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Various Food Supplies of Provincial Social Welfare Development Office, Agusan del Norte The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte through the Fund, Account Code No. 1999-200-360, 1999-200-040 & 1999-200-361 intends to apply the sum of Php 1,330,800.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Food Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Food Supplies . Delivery of the Goods is required by 20 Calendar Days . Bidders should have completed, at least within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) following the procedures under Section 61 and 63 of the same IIR. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183 Interested bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Agusan del Norte - BAC and inspect the Bidding Documents at BAC Secretariat Office, Provincial Capitol Compound, Butuan City from Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders at BAC Secretariat Office and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents on the amount of Php. 5,000.00 at the Provincial Treasurer’s Office Cashier. The Procuring Entity , provided that bidders shall pay the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids. Not Applicable. Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before August 20, 2026, 1:00PM . Late bids shall not be accepted. 8) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 1 6.1 . 9) Bid opening shall be on August 20, 2026, 1:30PM at BAC Conference Room, Capitol Compound, Butuan City.
