Provision of Consulting Services for the Assessment of NGP Graduated Sites

This activity covers the conduct of inventory and validation of NGP plantation sites funded under the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 (Continuing Appropriations) for release of 10% retention fee based on the prescribed forms and corresponding deliverables. This shall be done through sampling. If two or more NGP Graduated Plantations will be sampled for inventory, the inventory shall be simultaneously carried out by the Third-Party. Determine the survival rate of the plantations vis-a-vis the height and diameter of the planted seedlings based on the reported average stocking density per hectare; and d ocument other observations based on the prescribed format;
