Supply Delivery and Installation of One Year Subscription of 300 Mbps Internet Service Subscription Leased Line for the Philippine Statistics Authority Regional and Provincial Offices

SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION OF 300 Mbps INTERNET SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION LEASED LINE FOR THE PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL OFFICES’ (PSA CAGAYAN, PSA ISABELA, PSA NUEVA VIZCAYA, AND PSA QUIRINO) USE IN THE CAGAYAN VALLEY REGION The Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA RSSO II), through the Fiscal Year 2026 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱1,935,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF ONE-YEAR SUBSCRIPTION OF 300 Mbps INTERNET SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION LEASED LINE FOR THE PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY REGIONAL AND PROVINCIAL OFFICES’ (PSA CAGAYAN, PSA ISABELA, PSA NUEVA VIZCAYA, AND PSA QUIRINO) USE IN THE CAGAYAN VALLEY REGION Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted. The PSA-RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said procurement. Bidders should have a completed contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of One-Year Subscription of 300 Mbps Internet Service Subscription Leased Line within the period 2023-2025, with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC . Bidding will be conducted through Small Value Procurement. Interested bidders may get a Quotation Form from 14 August to 18 August 2026 at the address given below during office hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M . PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY Dalan na Pappabalo, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan 3500 Bids must be delivered to the given address on or before 19 August 2026 , 11:30 AM .
