Delivery, installation, and dismantling of THIRTY-SIX (36) booths: (32) DISPLAY BOOTHS FOR EXHIBITORS, (3) PARTNERS / SPONSORS BOOTHS AND ONE (1) SECRETARIAT BOOTH, with complete accessories and facilities based on the assigned booth size and layout: Booth Dimensions: Configuration: Twenty (20) booths measuring 2 m × 2 m and five (5) booths measuring 2 m × 5 m, but divided into two (2) divisions, and six (6) booths measuring 2 m × 3 m. Half-Panel Modular Booth: Each booth shall consist of one (1) full-height display panel with three (3) shelves, half-height side panels, one (1) fascia board displaying the exhibitor's name, and one (1) front counter. Signage: Fascia board measuring 18 cm in height and approximately 2 m in width, featuring the official event design and logo, as well as the exhibitor's booth name. Booth Inclusions (Per Booth): One (1) 3-layer display shelf One (1) newline table with printed BLENDS logo One (1) booth-appropriate lighting system One (1) unit 3-gang universal (ABC type) convenience outlet Fully carpeted flooring (Black or Gary Color) Two (2) Staking Chairs Secretariat Booth Additions: Printed DTI, RAPID, BLENDS logos as background, three (3) Round Chairs and two (2) rectangular tables.
