Invitation to Bid for 26PM0049: CSSP - Construction/Rehabilitation of Water Supply/ Septage and Sewerage/ Rainwater Collector System The Department of Public Works and Highways – Mountain Province 2 nd District Engineering Office , through the SR2026-08-019339 intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Pesos (Php 1,737,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CSSP - Construction/Rehabilitation of Water Supply/ Septage and Sewerage/ Rainwater Collector System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Department of Public Works and Highways – Mountain Province 2 nd District Engineering Office now invites bids for Construction of Rainwater Collector System . Completion of the Works is required Fifty-Five (55) Calendar Days . Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II . Instructions to Bidders ( ITB) . Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on August 20, 2026 to September 8, 2026 from the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00).
