What bidkita is

bidkita is a search and monitoring tool for Philippine public procurement. It collects notices published on PhilGEPS and related government sources, indexes them, and helps you find, save and track the ones relevant to your business.

What it is not

It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by PhilGEPS, the Procurement Service, or any government agency. It is not legal, financial or bidding advice. Nothing here is a substitute for the official notice and its attachments.

Always verify against the source before you bid. Every notice page links to the original. Deadlines, budgets, eligibility requirements and documents can change after we read them, and an ingest can be late, incomplete or wrong. Decisions worth money should be made against the official record, not against our copy of it.

AI-generated content

Bid briefs and AI Mode answers are produced by a language model reading the notice and its attachments. They are summaries, and they can be incomplete or mistaken. Statutory and eligibility requirements shown alongside them come from fixed reference tables rather than from the model, and quoted figures are taken from the source text — but you are responsible for checking anything you rely on.

Your account

• ·You can use search, notice pages and the agency and supplier pages without an account.
• ·An account is tied to the Google address you sign in with. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under it.
• ·Don't scrape the service, resell access, or use it to overload the site or the sources behind it.
• ·We can suspend an account that is being used to attack or abuse the service.

Credits

• ·AI questions and bid briefs are paid for with credits, bought outright in packs through PayMongo. We never see or store your card or e-wallet details.
• ·There is no subscription and nothing renews. You are never charged again until you choose to buy another pack.
• ·Credits do not expire. Prices and what a credit buys are listed on the pricing page; a change applies to packs bought after it, never to credits already in your balance.
• ·Everything else an account can do — shortlists, alerts, the match feed, CSV export — is free.
• ·If the service is materially broken for a sustained period and you ask, we will refund. Get in touch.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it up and the data fresh, and there is a nightly ingest, but we do not promise any particular uptime or that every notice will be captured. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a contract you did not win, a deadline you missed, or a bid you based on something you read here.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
